To acquire Mistletoe simple type /kiss while targeting a Winter Reveler which are located in most Inns. Also Winter Reveler will only be spawned during the Christmas holiday.
Winter Reveler will randomly give you Mistletoe or Fresh Holly after typing /kiss.
