Well, i get mythic reward from that cache, so i guess wowhead is wrong about that :/

The cache's reward difficulty depends on the bosses killed in raid. So here you gotta kill 12 nighthold heroic bosses to get heroic difficulty caches, and kill 12 nighthold mythic bosses to get mythic ...
