| I can confirm it, the item isnt working at all, when you put the item on your char it says "Te spell is not available for you". Not a single proc. |

| 1st thing i noticed is that haste rating % isnt same as retail, as resto i need 11500 haste for same amount of haste percent as with 13300 on retail, try to check it out cuz its bit odd, 2nd on 2 life ... |
