Usually how it works for me - open all in new tabs at the same time. I type captchas really fast, so the time doesn't run out. It has never failed me.
Edit: The last page is offline atm, so there is no way you can get your points. |

There is also an English speaking guild called Ejusdem Generis on Genesis realm. We're one of few guilds who are actually farming all the bosses (every boss ever since 4.0.6).
