On Legion, Chain Lightning has a chance of 1/5 to proc overload, so 100% mastery is a bit useless bcs you won't reach 5/5 procs.

154m on retail with 931 ilvl and random stats.
On freakz:959 and pick exactly what stats you want.Is it hard ?

Elemental spec is not so bad atm, as I said, only if you have 915/920 ilvl+ you can deal some dmg.As a shaman 929 elemental, I can beat in fights fury warrior or hunt and stuff like that, dealing lots ...

It's hard to deal dmg with an elemental shaman without gear..but ofc if you can reach 910/915 even more, you can deal some dmg.At 929 is very good and still can ,,fight'' alongside warlocks and stuff ...

Vreau sa fiu luat la raid, elemental zeu 929 cu bani pe freakz(loial, bagand bani chiar daca nu mai am ce face).

Foarte capabili, ni se mai blocheaza creierul in fights dar in rest nu murim.

If you want to do some dps, you must donate cause is very hard to sustain even 800k(or 1m), but if you want to play elemental without donations(normal mode) will be just for fun.
