Bug description: let's put aside that you can't use the dinamite you get for the quest and that, upon using, the text that pops up is "Requires %s" instead of something like "Requires a dock", the quest giver (Rivett Clutchpop) is out of position. you can see on the wowhead map the quest should start and end (you can see this part on the ingame map as well) at the Grookin Hill but Rivett Clutchpop is currently set at a location in the Dookin' Grounds.
