Do a relog after you done the ortbs (2 on groundlevel, 1 up at altar). Then go see Khadgar across the bridge to complete quest, even when saying 0/1 escortcredit (just visual bug).

Kill he Mist Creepers to summon the Mist Horror, if you kill them instantly nothing will be summoned, try to kill them slowly (without weapon e.g.) then the Mist Horror will be summoned. Kill and loot and quest is completed.

Talk to Elder Lushann in the house to complete the witnessing the ceremony to complete the quest.
