A Partner For Eternity also bugged, can be bypassed by spam clicking one of the quest obejctives so you can cast one twice. This way you can skip the chest piece.

Workaround: can be completed by spam clicking on one of the quest obejctives while interacting with it, however the next quest Dismantling the Opposition is bugged as well
