tested in gurubashi arena pvp healing for rogue is working fine
359400 * 0.05 = 17970 without pvp power
359400 * 0.05 = 17970 * 1.0612 = 19069,764 with pvp healing

remove all addons and try then  the delay is from your addons or use x-perl  not all addons are compatible with freakz... all addons are created for blizz servers @africa |

i know the cause... it happens when you login with multiple accounts or switching chars... just delete CACHE folder from WoW directory and problem is solved
