i cannot complete the highmountain story line because i cannot see the npc oakin ironbull, i have deleted cache , unstuck the caracther but i still i cannot see him.

the NPC Oakin Ironbull is missing,
according to wow head when i go to the NPC location simply i don't see him, other player too, but it is like player under 110 level can see him.
