@Starsene , you have a huge point! I remember all the time refreshing my flasks its 60 minutes duration, and when i log in and prepare to start BGs and stuff i get 2 hours!

Exp rates drop after reaching lvl 85 afaik. Custom rates work untill lvl 85, after its x5 or something like that. I think this is your case and it isn't bugged.
