I think he's right..
I've never seen Khaz'goroth's Courage to be rank 2 damage on blizz 7.3.5
But maybe because fury spells does not work as intended in terms of dps, good example Bloodbath |

I agree!
The bloodbath is low in dps compare to retail 7.3.5 because of the procs.
I explained to @Blyst the problem but i did not get a response yet
edit: My sugestion - don't play fury play arms

Tested and i don't see 3-4 sec speed after it ends
You can test it one hand weapon and see for yourself. |
