The talent isn't working properly most likely, causes me troubles on frost/arcane or either fire. It's like doubling your critical rating, not tripling it.

I will actually confirm this whatever it says, Shatter isn't working properly and I can tell for sure. Somehow your caluclating system is absolutely wrong.

Got to confirm this. For people with bad internet connection or even with a good one but somehow at low connectivity with the server itself it's almost impossible to play in the high brackets arenas or whatever else.
