[FIXED] [PvE] Halls of Valor damage too high after the lastest fix
I just did a +15 HoV teeming skittish and tyrannical & normal mobs melee hits are 1.3m damage.
Just pulling a pack of 2-3 mobs is killing the tank in 1 global.
This is insane!
