Pathfinder achievement has been added in patch 8.0.1.27326 so of course the bug would have been noticed right then and there not at 8.3. Do you imply they removed the bug fix in 8.3.?

Bug description: Pathfinder part one 20% speed bonus doesn't work in druid travel form and demon hunter (edit> appears to be bugged only in Boralus), does seem to be working on other class alts.

Bug description: This quest is missing, doesn't appear after finishing follow up quests, can't finish Deadwash quest line

FOUND THE ISSUE: there's a quest in one of caves, that you take from gold pile, the quest marker is hidden under a mob, click on the gold pile to get the quest.
