So after I read "t16 2p bonus fixed" I imidiatly tested it out and you did allrdy a good job.
BUT it still doesnt work as i should.
So what DOES work now:

So i just got the trinket from Sha in the LFR version, where it gives me 31% cd reduction of some of my CDs
The 31% are not correctly done here. EG my Ascendance got regular 3m cd =180s // 31% of 180 ... |
