this is the issue, I want to do some dailies in Molten Front so I can collect Marks of the World Tree, but unfortunately there arent any to begin with. Now I know I have to be exalted with Guardians of Hijal in order to start the quest chains and all that and I am exalted, but the quest chain simply isnt there. ...

I am 100% sure that the door is a scripted game object that can be deleted, moved and so on and so on. On the other hand the event probably isnt that easy.
