That respective npc is a flight master and it opens the flight map directly i can't make her take me to that specific area
the thing is after you take the quest to take the flight to the scenario are ...
Same procedure(i.e. verified the entire path the quest would have taken me through) still no luck=no quest to be found anywhere
later edit tried unstucking from the site too
