Confirmed it does break stealth.
Also the other 2 auras break stealth as well.
http://www.wowhead.com/spell=199719/heartstop-aura also breaks stealth and so does http://www.wowhead.com/spell=199642/necrotic-aura which should not happen.

This isn't proof 1st of all this is BFA not legion 7.1.5 so this proves nothing second i mean proof that it happens in game on freakz servers.

It is supposed to be like that read it again https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=207346&&name=necrosis when u "deal damage" not when you cast it so its got to hit the target and deal the damage first before applying.
