After the server reset he had appear in the right place, maybe some kind of instance bug, i'll keep watching for more of those, u can close the topic

| That's a quest about to pick up 15 Sovereign Souls from bosses in legion dungeons. I've done 4 dungeons in different difficulties to test, and nothing dropped. Is it bugged? |
