I've seen it on Ordos as well, you shouldn't be abel to cast it on enemy targets.

It used to apply and refresh mastery till patch 5.4 when they changed it so that the hots no longer proc or refresh mastery.

| How about a custom message in chat (when lead has cd, bosses killed and stuff) or even better ,make it show up in the middle of your screen, like how it works on some boss abilities and quests. |
