Just experienced same issue, confirmed
I tried the "classic" solvings like deleting cash maybe 50 times, relogging, abandon-retake quest e.t.c., nothing changes. |

| I have exactly same problem in Val'Sharah , got the All Nightmare Long , but Into The Nightmare stays incomplete and have no active quest givers anuwhere . |
