Confirmed! The haste caps for every increase tick are as follow:
16,6%
33%
50%
66%
83%
100%
so at 33% haste we should get 8 ticks

i wanted to post this a few months ago and i can confirm the bug. Beside this what i've seen is that aplies the dot only to the targets behind the primary target not in a radius as it should. |
