| I bought it taday, and indeed you can't upgrade it, nor it has a 0/10 upgrade line. Also, doesn't proc the buff. |

Confirmed. On mythic its is making things pretty hard to deal. You stay on the air, with swimming speed, and still takes damage from normal mechanics.
