PS it also happens to priests instant mind blast procs, the same way. hope that helps.

My problems with looting include corpses (i have autoloot on and most of the time i can get the loot by clicking twice and manually picking the item up, but not always)
Also: picking up or opening quest items doesn't work at all; picking up herbs works until i get to the broken shore, i cant pick up herbs there or any ...
