same problem ... once spoken with the 2 npc there are 2 portals taking one should lead you to the scenario ... but leads you to your class hall instead of starting the scenario... |

Same thing for me ... no emissary quest and no wq part when you are in the area .. the problem is really great as you can not increase ilvl and consequently participate in myth and raid content.
