Confirm this - death strike heals always for the same amount - it doesn't matter if u have the talent and it doesn't matter how much damage you have sustained in last 5 secs. As a tank in many situations 15% damage taken for 5 sec is more than 7% health. This directly affects blood shield and decreasing the effectiveness of blood death knight tanks.
In my dps spec i heal myself for more than in tank spec ..
