In the second starting zone of the Death Knights, many of the Exclamation Marks are not visible on the NPCs. You gotta hover the mouse over them to see if they got any quests.

It worked! I think it got back to normal after a server restart or something.

I did that quest. You have to follow the nagas, then exit the Prince (red button) after they stop.
