Usually if u go in BG and u change talents ,arrange the spacebar in another way or change poison ,those changes go back to how it was before bg ,but in bg your settings go back to bg settings .

Opened one today ,still got like tons of war resources and 100 something coalescening

Its pretty much weird because sometimes if u stay still u dont have a proc for like 40 seconds ,but if u move around u get like 2-3 circles at the same time.
