Yes, it describes the same issue. That post was from February, now it's September.
The Gm I've spoke to was almost sure expertise works fine, this post serves to prove it's still bugged. |

Bug description: Not working as intended. You don't need the regular 7.5% expertise cap in order to not dodge when attacking bosses/mobs/ w/e (from behind).

Some bugs we encountered:
1. Boss skips split phase and continuously reforms.
2. When boss does actually split the adds are not moving towards the center.
This happened after server restart on several attempts. |
