| 4% is still a thing I guess, losing as 883ilvl to 950+ people who were below 2k really drove me nuts. |

Winning arenas doesn't give chests, AT ALL. Means, that the only way to get marks of honor is by doing 3 world quests, which may reward marks or may not.
