- Unholy DK + Resto Druid (Heal + CC)

It's not easy to answer this question. It's really dependent on the encounter if you choose Stamina (Effective Health) or Mastery (Mitigation).

I'm a fan of the blood spec, because I like the way of blood sucking to survive / get health. Additionally we get a physical absorb shield too, which is really cool.

Mastery trinkets are useful in general, but I suggest stamina trinkets.
