No you can't. They have deactivated the ability to pet battle in this game. And haven't put it as a priority fix at all.

Any plans on fixing the battle pets in 7.3.5? Because as of this post they are not working at all.

Bug description: The pets skin is wrong when you summon it, you have the right skin on the picture of pet but when you summon it, it actually comes out as a corefire imp instead.
