| you can go next to the place you think is the npc. and you will see one light go into the light.. at the center of your screen you can see a button press it and here you are!! |

| I cant do that quest too. [Return to the Broken Shore] can see any npc there to start the quest!! |

| I have the same problem. and when i run as admistrator command pops up and say to press any key to continoue... i did it and nothing command pops up again and again and again and again. |
