For me, extending the duration is working fine:

At about 30 stacks I refreshed VT and SW:P and got this result. Extending it even more is possible with better gear and nighthold 4p set bonus. Don't see what is the problem here.

Yes, I'm sure. You can do the math: lower tooltip + 52% = normal tooltip. The numbers match perfectly and this bug affects only the abilities that benefit from the mastery. |

Works perfectly for me
At 5cp finisher i get 1 combo.
at 6cp with deeper stratagem it's 80% for 1 combo, 20% for 2 combo  |
