Am si eu o propunere. Bagati stats de 5.4 (resil pvp power battle fatigue) faceti teste pt cateva zile... vedeti ce se intampla.
De fiecare data knd se shimba ceva la pvp incepe si mai multa lume sa ... |

Vezi ca absorbul de necrotic nu funcitoneaza pe acelasi princiupiu cu aborburile din shielduri... in recount spre exemplu necortic nu iti apare ca dmg... dar shiedlurile iti apar ca si heal ... |

Here it doesen't say anything about 3% for all class... all of them have a different value
PS. there are just 2 hotfixes since patch 1.3... so this should help you fixing the dodge rating via ag ... |

Npc cu Quest pt ceva rewarduri in arene(2s , 3s) , sau BG!
