if the flooders are using broad international bot net to flood the server , why don't you create different addresses specific to the players location .
so only US players could connect from wowus.fr ... |

hi i think the reason is that the dammage is calculated the wrong way
let's say we have 20% bonus
the paladin hits for 10000 initial dammage ( before armor / resilience /absorb reduction ) the hand ... |
