I see them all pretty even. Fire has good cleave, frost for aoe and arcane has good survivability. Changing specs in M+ is also the key because different specs are made for differnt affixes.

Hello, I find both classes being very good at the moment and still being good in the future since Legion balanced all classes. I suggest you choose whichever one fits your playstyle the most.
