I'm not sure that the "Steaming error" has the same WoW error code or not.
If yes, you can point this solution to fix it.

@Sarah I suggest you to put this error (WOW51900323) into the Client Download page to let everyone who just downloaded the client to "Force Re-Check" once their dowload is finished.

The script did only half way (only Elder Lusshan side) but Rassharom is not scripted yet.
