Bug description: the npc that should start this quest does not there,i checked and there were 2 places where it could be(the place where wow head said it could be and the place in wow freakz database),but in none of them the npc was,and im the last phase of surammar storyline 10/11

Completed by: 4792 players @ Felsong. Checked, the NPC was there for me. She does path a bit tho, so maybe her pathing got bugged. Try looking for her again.
