| I sent my 582 Heirloom to one of my characters on the same account and when I opened it the enchant and gems were wiped. Is this supposed to happen? It wasn't happening before as I recall. |

I did Sartharion 25m with 3 people 3 weeks ago. We killed 2 of the drakes, left one up, dropped Sartharion first before killing off the last drake. The mount dropped, but I lost the roll.
