I empowered my artifact before taking the quest for empowering it and i cant complete it. I dont want more artifact power i just want this quest finished so i can move on and play

I cant play the game because it says im not using freakz launcher even tho i am i need help with, i tried disabling antivirus, tried unchecking the read only in folder properties please help me.
