so me and other rogues farmed nl for the outlaw secret skin,
We needed 2 bindings that drops in nl and vault of the wardens.
We managed to get one drop in nl but we had to roll for it.

i belive there was the same thing in cataclysm but only for a short period of time.
i suggest that there would be a new realm with instant lvl 90 and starter gears.
