The Spells cale really low. Its like doing another Arcane shot.
It writes it deals 55-60k Dmg on the skill yet it deals max 25k. The bug is from long long time.

Bug description: PVP SHaman Enchancement set doesn`t work.
Proof:Well put the set on, start hitting and u will see he is not slowed.
