Hello .. i transfered 2 flying carpets from MoP to Legion and i cant mount any of them. I have Tailoring up to 700+ points and still can't mount - (Char name - Mammie-Felsong)

Hello. I have been having trouble with my world quests ... i can't complete any of em because they don't apear as quests for me. My map is full of world quests but if i try to complete nothing happens ...
