Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Test with rank 2 the aditional 7% chill effect for Frostbolt doesn`t work.

Haven't tested this , but if it's true what you say then that means Rank 3 doesnt work either ? Oh , and the healing effect also ...

Sure Rank 3 too, it only work for Frostfire bolt as i see, but its hard to test healing reduce part.

Nu merge partea cu movement speed, doar ce am testat acum cu rank 3. Am dat cu frostbolt dupa ce s-a pus debuffu de la frost armor pe target, dar speedul era redus tot cu 40%, in loc de 50%.

Uitete in tooltip la spell nu la bufu dupa target, s.ar putea sa fie bug visual ca pe tbc si lk cand pe target dadeai 40% reduce dar defapt avea 50%.

Asa-i, e bug vizual.. tooltipul ramane neschimbat, dar la speedul de la character info. apare corect. Am testat cu frost armor, cone of cold, frostbolt si la toate se adauga 10%.
