Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Nu se aplica decat 10% haste (adica talent rank1) chiar daca eu am 3/3 in talente si nici bonus dmg la lava burst si shock.

Confirm!! and neither 24 % dmg increase for lava burst works nor 60 % for flame shock. You dont get haste, you dont get spell dmg for lava burst and you dont get 60 % dmg increase for flame shock. This talent ir completely broken!!!
