Bug description: if your warrior have 20% critical chance and then you use Recklessness it will Increase critical chance of your warrior by 30% and in this time you have 50% critical chance for your spells and in other side Bloodthirst has double chance of your critical strike and it means it must hit 100% critical but when i done that and some times it would not hit critically
Proof:
as you can see in yellow bos i have 21% critical chance
and in red box i use Recklessness
and in red box i hit Bloodthirst normaly

That's because bloodthirst takes crit before recklessness (or any other crit proc ) . It clearly states "normal chance" so in your example that would be : 40% crit chance with bloodthrist + 30% from recklessness meaning 70% .

recklessness applies only after the bloodthirst modifier does, as the guy above stated.
