Bug description: when you use the quest item on the target, it says invalid target.

I've tried with different characters, and i can tell you that the problem is certainly on Sten's First Aid Kit.
All the Wounded Coldridge Mountaineer are not on low health.
Maybe this "Spell: Low Health" don't work properly.
