Bug description: i managed to "get" the item that gives you a new appearence to weapons ,but there are few problems regarding this
1. You can;t target Downfall he;s in some kind of other phase ,ive seen this on retail servers ,when you group up with other players acros all realms,you have to get really close to him in order to see it .This is wrong ,you should be able to see it from Chandrael Twinshadow location ,he is waaaay up in the sky .
2. His script doesn;'t work ,he have to throw you away throught the tower and you use your Glide and get on his "Distorsioned air " so you dont fall and die ,this is not working .
3 .i managed to kill him in another way "fly" and he droped the item ,but Guise of the Deathwalker it;s not working ,it should be a short video about your weapons getting changed ,but instead of this you get nothing -_-

First of all you should not be able to get the appearane in the first place you need level 5 artifact knowledge to get this which is currently not available so if u get it some how i fully expect it not to work

Hi ,you saw that at first i expleined that Downfall is not scripted as it should be right?
